The Farm

The Alpaca King farm is a small farm in north Fort Collins. We are beginning our eighth year and are focusing our program to concentrate primarily on white Peruvian Huacaya Alpacas. Our focus from the beginning has been high quality alpacas, producing the best in fiber density, low micron, crimp character, and perfect conformation with presence. In addition, we provide farm guarantees and continuing support. We have a hands on approach with our small herd, resulting in alpacas with calm dispositions, who are people friendly.

We maintain a foundation breeding herd of 4-5 selected females. Our main focus is breeding the best alpacas with full Peruvian pedigrees. Our foundation herd includes bloodlines from CPeruvian Accoyo Amadeus, LTD Haldane, Peruvian Hemingway, PPeruvian Caligula, PPPeruvian Royal Fawn, PPPeruvian Augusto. Our pregnant females are sold with a complementary breed back to one of our herdsires after her cria is born. We also offer half price breedings to our customers.

We have been consistently winning in the show ring and believe we now have some outstanding herdsires with championship bloodlines that are starting to pass on their award winning genetics.
